This experiential workshop has been designed to introduce the concepts of self care and wellness. In these workshops, Navroop discusses the importance of self-care, how to improve one’s emotional health, build resilience and changing your relationship with your inner-critic. This workshop will help the participants build their own tool kit to thrive in all areas of their lives.
This interactive workshops will be dynamic, interactive and will have structured experiences, group discussions, practical activities along with body movements and mindfulness practices.

Number of participants are kept 10 so as to give more personalized experience.
